Someone has given me a hp 1120c printer but they were unable to find the software cd that was provided. I have been able to install the printer but I would really like to get a copy of the software that came with the printer.

Can anyone help.

I have looked on the hp site but it is useless as it tell you how to install the printer and does not give you the option to download the software although it looks like you can, you can't.

Thank you but I think I maybe missing something somewhere.

I click the link for Windows Xp which takes you too

Then I click on the link obtain software which takes you too

But there are only instructions and nothing that tell you how or where to obtain the software from.

Any ideas?

Sorry, the drivers are included on the Windows XP disk. That means there is nothing to download. The link you clicked on was for the 64 bit version of Windows.

So, when you plug in your printer, does it ask you for your Windows cd? If not, what happens?

I can actually install the printer and use it, but I was looking to obtain a copy of the CD or at least the software because I want the software that comes with it.
