I've been talking to some friends, and this is the gaming rig we came up with in my price range....

mobo BIOSTAR TH67+ LGA 1155 Intel H67 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 Micro ATX
CPU Intel Core i5-2400 Sandy Bridge 3.1GHz (3.4GHz Turbo Boost) 4 x 256KB L2 Cache 6MB L3 Cache LGA 1155 95W

How's that sound?

Ok the psu , motherboard , and the hard drive are all low quality considering the build type and other hardware in this machine. Bios star is a budget type of motherboard , hitachi doesn't make very reliable drives , and enermax just flat out shouldn't be making power supplies.

Have a look at our builds here for a better guideline

Same thoughts as emosun. Have a look at our Suggested Builds for ideas on quality hardware.
Our suggested builds use only high quality hardware.
