Might not necessarily be RAM, but Memtest is always a good start to rule out.
If it passes alright, upload the dump file.

The actual crash you experienced was initiated because of a page fault when holding the working set synchronisation. Which I assume is when the Windows Memory Manager is altering the working set of a given process.
