The situation here:
All users are created on Active Directory. Domain Users (standard users) have trouble opening some programs as it asks for administrator privileges (programs like "attendance software" & "VMS").

i have tried to make these users Domain Admins & Administrators then installed these programs, the programs started normally, but after i removed their administrative privileges the issue occurred again.

users facing this issue are using Windows 7.

what is the solution for such issue?

Just give the designated Users(s) access under the particular app using APP Permissions. Just because you installed with them as Temp Admins. didn't give them any permanent status.

I gave the user who is facing this issue full permission on the security tap in the properties of the program and restarted the pc but still the program asks for administrator permission. i even opened the advanced tap under the security tap and made this user the owner but still!!

What AV are you using? Does the app work for the user with AV turned off?

If AV means Anti Virus, I'm using Microsoft security essentials, and the two apps facing these issues are:
1-eTimeV3.0 (Attendance Software) [Google Drive Link: eTime - Google Drive ]

It looks like the problem is in Group Policy. See what restrictions you've placed.

I completely removed the GPU that was applied to this user but no change the program still asks for admin credentials.
