how to rid these files ?

using mcafee enterprise 7.0 and want to "delete" these files, but can't
.. the McAfee alert of virus box keeps coming up and access is denied to due files may be in use.. C:\WINNT\Temp\quarantine

suggestions ?

Try deleting them in safe mode. Also download and install clean up!. This utility will delete the temp folder contents for you. Also refer to this website for manual removal directions.
