Boot WINDOWS 7 Operating Disk, when disk loads select NEXT, down below will say repair your computer click that. System Recovery will now scan for operating system, select OS you wish to repair then click NEXT. Below will say Command Prompt, click that now type these commands.

Code:
BOOTREC.EXE /FIXMBR
BOOTREC.EXE /FIXBOOT
BOOTREC.EXE /REBUILDBCD
After commands are completed now click start up repair to see if it finds any issues.
