Hello
I have a windows xp sp3 system. I have a 250 gb seagate hdd with five partitions. I converted three of them (factory formatted fat32 drive) to ntfs using disk management in control panel. Whenever I check it with OnTrack Easy Recovery Professional software, it reports "critical system structure errors have been found" on ntfs drives only. But when I check them using scandisk, no errors are reported. Also when I run OnTrack full diagnostic test, no errors are reported. Its happening only with file system test with OnTrack software. Is there anything to worry? Should I reformat the ntfs drives and convert them back to fat32? Is there any software to check for file structure errors? Please help.
