Dear All ,
i have a virus in my windows system informtion volume for window xp professionnal. i have a symantec endpoint protection -2010.but the antivirus is telling it cannot clean the the virus by name backdoor-tideserve. please help me how to clean the virus bcoz it is making my system hang always.
