Dear All,
I have accidently formatted my cd-rw which contained my important data files. After formatted the CD-RW disk with ICD software, the message from that software said "it's not physically formatted, the files could be recover". However, I don't know how to get my files back. If any one of you know how to recover those file, please let me know. I really appreciate your help and time.

format usally writes to the disk so you might be SOL...

here is a site...the last program says it might help and the cost is free...havent tried it myself yet so I dont know what your in for

You can find it at http://www.cdrom-prod.com/

I don't remeber if you can do it also with the free evaluation version, or you have to register it.
