Title says it all , the thing is i have all the files needed / i have the iso , but i dunno if it is bootable if i burn it , and when burning it should i use slowest speed ?

The only way to know for certain that the DVD is good is to boot a system with it. But unless you are going to use it on the Vista system, I would not boot with it.

You can insert it into DVD drive and view the files via Windows Explorer. Make sure autoplay is OFF -
START | type autoplay | un-check box -- top-left of screen

ImgBurn does verify the ISO.
