Hi, just been getting new laptops for he kids (Christmas again)

One has chosen an ACER ASPIR ONE which comes with linux, does anyone know:-

were in linux
how in linux

I can get it to see :-

The other computers on the wireless network - everythng else in running Windows XP of Vista

I'm running Fedora Core 9 with the gnome X11 gui. If I click Places->network up comes a window very similar to Vista's network places. My clicking through the various screens I can get to the M$ computers on my home network.

There should be a similar widget on the ACER.
