I looked through all my registry stuff and found nothing. But........I do recall that there is s search function in the regedit under the Edit tab I think. You might be able to search for USB and find exactly what your are looking for.

Could you expand on why you would like a USB port disabled? If you want it disabled particularly for external storage devices (iPod, Thumb Drives, External HDD), then there are some registry settings you can change to make them read-only or disable their use entirely.
I would assume you're doing this to someone with a limited profile (otherwise they can just change the setting back. If that's the case you could also disable it in the device manager (Right-Click My Computer > Manage > Device Manager > Universal Serial Bus Controllers) and disable the USB Ports you don't want used. I don't use limited profiles much, but I would think you can limit their access to the device manager.
