how to disable ACPI/ pw.save.exe on asus 780i MB

i have some sort of app that runs on startup called ACPI asus, i tried to disable it in bios but it is greyed out so its unchangeable, more to come...

how can i disable this annoying thing because it keeps making other apps crash

it's possible to turn it off with task manager but i would like to disable it if pos

couldn't find it in system configurations by the way

it also calls itself PWsave.exe

It is also unadvisable to disable it.

If the Advanced Configuration and Power Interface (ACPI) option is enabled in your computer's BIOS when you initially install Windows XP and you later disable the ACPI option, you will receive error messages on a blue screen when you start Windows.
