Dear Sir,

I have a server which I have installed Fedora Core 3, I have configured that server to Email Server (Send Mail). I want to configure my Panora UPS to Auto Shutdown.

I am not that much familiar with Linux.

Can you help on that.

Take a look at /etc/inittab file. There are two lines that have to do with Auto Shutdown. Somehow process number one - init - is sent the signal that starts a shutdown. If you do a "ps ax" through more, init is the process that takes Unix into multiuser mode. Look at "man init".
