Try running a scan with .... Free Online Virus Scanner and Malware Scanner | ESET .... if it finds anything then open a help topic in .... Virus/Trojan/Spyware Help .... if nothing found, then it's unlikely that your e-mail problems are malware related.

If you want to know what an IP address is, simply do a "whois" search using Google. There's a whole bunch of sites who will allow you to look up IPAs.

You can also use the Search function at ... VirusTotal ... to look up IPAs.
