The company has a long and complex history. Western Digital eventually bought them out. There is little info on these old drives and no manuals that I can find. It may not be worthwhile to even try to get such an old drive running unless it has important data on it. From what I can tell they required 12 V power. I couldn't find your specific sub-model.

You can buy another used Whole drive with power adapter for as much as a power adapter by itself would cost SimpleTech USB 1TB USB 2.0 drive - Model 96300-41001-073 W/Power supply & cable | eBay
Buy it just for the power adapter if you like

 

It's not exactly the same model, but this one requires a 12VDC / 2.0A adaptor, centre pin positive.

AND noting that the Center pin is positive. That's helpful.
From the inventory, I've got a 12 VDC, but with only 1.0 amp. . . hope that will be sufficient.
