Hi All,

I have a Server that is running Windows Server 2008 Standard and it is acting as my networks Domain Controller.

I have 75 Device CALs for my Server and I am wondering what this means with regard to the maximum number of users that I can support. For example does this mean that I can have a total of 75 users configured in AD, or does it mean that only 75 users can be connected at one time to my Server (regardless of the number of users configured in AD)?

Finally if I exceeded the 75 CALs how would I know (e.g.: does Event Viewer alert me)?

Any clarification here would be most helpful.

Kind Regards,

Davo
