Hi, I am very depressed and hope so can anyone help me to build a webserver. Actually, I am blogger and want to build my own servers for my websites. I don't have enough knowledge about the programming. Waiting for best replies.

I would start by searching for what type of blogging platform you want to use. Most every blog or blogging platform can be run on a basic apache or nginx webserver. There are tons of tutorials online that will show you how to set up such a server and get your blogging started.
