Click Report (then send if send appears).

It appears that Ubuntu is trying to install the same kernel version over an existing one, so clear your apt cache, reload and update:

sudo apt-get clean
sudo apt-get autoclean
sudo apt-get update

You can then manually install the updates you need, or use the Ubuntu Software Center.

FreshClam:
You have either another user or another process that is locking freashclam or its
become a corrupt installation.

I would remove it and reinstall:

sudo apt-get remove clamav freshclam

Install:

sudo apt-get install freshclam

Report action sends me to ubuntu open login page to report the bug at launchpad. I forgot my credentials when they failed at ubuntu one.

Tried the rest of the methods of uninstalling and installing. Same error still.

P.S.: What lwp-request? Rkhunter is showing it as a warning

Dont worry about sending the report. The apport system on Ubuntu can be disabled, follow the instructions on this link:

https://itsfoss.com/how-to-fix-system-program-problem-detected-ubuntu/

lwp-request is a Per command.
Are you running Perl as a user agent to access any WWW servers?

I'm not sure why freshclam wont update. Try purging the configuration then reinstall

sudo apt-get purge freshclam clamav

sudo apt-get install freshclam clamav

If it still fails, I wouldnt worry too much as you can always run a virus scan with
windows software on your windows partition.

Ah yes. I use a user-agent switcher. Some sites deny to work properly on Linux desktop. Is using it dangerous?

And I use Clam to check the usb sticks.

Anyways, seems like clam doesn't want to get updated. But does the scan. So leaving it anyways.
