I have 4 emails in my windows live mail which I cannot delete or mark as junk mail whenever I try a box comes up saying an unexpected error has occured. Its bugging the hell out me, I have tried uninstalling windows essentials then re-installing they were still there on reinstall, I have tried system restore as far back as I could go in this case to 30 may 16 but they were still there. They dont seem to be causing any harm so could I safely ignore them which I dont realy want to do I want them deleted. :grin:

Who hosts your email? . . can you look at the mail using a web browser?

I dont know who hosts my email but its windows live mail they must all have the same host, how can I find out. I dont know how to access my email online with browser can you tell me how.

What comes after the @ in your email address

Browse to https://login.live.com/ and enter yur user name and password, you should be able to see your email there. See if you can delete there
