Seriously, you can download X-Setup and it has options to modify the right click menus, you can delete this entry.

Thanks for the tip and I did download X-setup. However I can not find any option to alter right clicking menus. I have looked through all the options for internet explorer and can't find the one I'm looking for.

Try Internet, Internet Explorer, Appearance, Appearance Options.

In the registry editor (regedit) browse to

HKCU\Software\Microsoft\
Internet Explorer\MenuExt

Delete the entry for it

Don't know whether this will work for you, I saw it in a computing.net article

As always with registry editing, make a backup of you registry in case anything goes wrong
