All I know is that its a "Grantsdale", I downloaded some tool called AIDA32 but it doesn't give me any more information.

I'd also like to know what RAM is compatible with it as I'm upgrading..

Thanks in advance

The motherboard page of Aida32 should show you all you want to know about your mobo (it does for me) Same for memory, under motherboard/SPD. Grantsdale is Intel's name for the 915 chipset. If you are having issues running Aida32, try CPU-Z linked below to ID your mobo and memory. When selecting memory, use the memory advisors from Corsair, Mushkin or Crucial to ensure compatability. I should note that some computer mfg's like HP/Dell lock out that info from programs like Aida32 and cpu-z, in that case you would have to go to the mfg's website to check the specs.
