I have searched the net for the answer without success. I have an internet cafe and here in South Africa we have a cap. By that I mean we are only allowed 3 gigs of data transfer per month. Sad I know but the telephone company still has the monopoly. I have used net limiter to control the speed, folder guard to restict certain extensions, zip, exe etc, so people can still view pictures, pdf's, docs etc. But it doesn't stop someone from downloading a huge file that has had the extension changed from, for example, zip to jpeg.

Is there any software or tweak that will solve my problem? Thx
