How can I bridge networks over internet?

I have a remote computer that I can VPN into over the internet thru it's wireless connection. The remote computer is also connected to an ad-hoc network via its lan connection. I need to access the ip in the ad-hoc network. The ad-hoc network has a different ip scheme than the wireless card. how can I bridge to the ad-hoc network from the wireless card and vpn into this device? When the device was local I could just connect directly to it via cross over cable. Now I need to connect to it remotely.

My laptop lan card (static ip 10.0.0.1)-> ????bridge????-> wireless (ip assigned) -> internet(vpn) -> remote laptop wireless (ip assigned) -> ????bridge???? -> lan card (static ip 10.0.0.2) -> ad-hoc -> device (static ip 10.0.0.3)

any advice would be greatly appreciated. thanks!

you would bridge the lan and wireless lan in the one pc by either bridging the connections or engaging ICS.

web search internet connection sharing for the how to so you understand what needs to be done for this to be successful.
