Hi,

I need help unlocking my hotmail account. Yesterday (19/05/2009) I recieved an email stating that my account would be closed if I did not verify it. I sent email back with my details. Today (20/05/2009 ) I cannot logged in. It looked like it came from MSN Hotmail administrator. Please, any help would be much appreciated.

Could you please copy that email you got? From what i know nobody of hotmail needs your password etc.

You should never give out personal details or passwords via email, however authentic the request looks.

It sounds like your account has been hijacked and they've changed your password. Contact hotmail immediately - http://hotmail.msn.com/cgi-bin/dasp/ua_info.asp
