Hi guys, just wanted to know if I use one of my modular cables connected ONLY to my 2 system fans, is it possible to unplug them whilst the PC is on or is this detrimental to the PSU and/or System Fans or PC itself. For switching the fans ON I don't intend plugging in whilst the PC is on, that I'm not worried about as I can switch the PC off then. Unplugging the Fans will only take place during late night for downloading purposes for the PC to be silent, ie. No real load on the system. I suppose I could just switch it off before unplugging as well, just want to know if it was possible to unplug without switching off the PC.

PSU in question is a Corsair HX750w.
