if the place you are getting it from is quick to replace the MB, HD and CD you might as well get an new system...the machince is possesed....and you just learned an expensive lesson...it sounds like you get what you pay for....for 699 you could of had a Dell....with decent (specially if you speak fluent indian ...the country ...not native america) tech support and return policy...
At this point is is worth the $$ to solve the problem....if you want to learn then by all means swap the POWER SUPPY and make sure the outlet the machine is protected by a decent UPS...bad power...even worse problems...
