P4C800 w/ a 3.0C P4, 1024 MB of OCZ PC3500, on WinXP. 2 raptors RAID0

I run 3dmark03 and my CPU score is 250. People w/ same setup exactly get ~700, I mean EVERYONE else.

I cant figure out whats wrong, please help
