I have been on the forum with tech support forum.
When I click on a link from an email or other area, it directly goes into microsoft word.
I received advice from Vista forum, then by tech forum, and now I have been directed to this forum. I have attached the DDS.txt, Ark.txt and attach.txt files while preparing for the malware removal process
I also downloaded GMER Rootkit scanner and followed the directions that were set for me. I hope I did everything right.

OK, so now my clicking on a link from my emails goes directly to internet. However, the internet does not connect. It just hangs there. Any more tips. You guys are great. This forum is amazing and Kudos to all of you
