Your log looks pretty clean to me.
Are you experiencing any trouble at all or just kind of a check up?

i had the malware "ad/yieldmanager.com" and cleaned my pc and posted a HJT log to make sure. so i'm all clean than?

As long as you aren't having any problems, you should be fine.
To help prevent future spyware installations/infections, please read the Anti-Spyware Tutorial and use the tools provided.
