My rig is

Phenom II x4 3.0ghz black edition
Viper II patriot Ram 4gb
Cooler master Hyper N520
gtx 460

My temps are 39-41c on idle and 49-50 on load (using Prime 95) These seem a little high to me incase i want to do some OCing. Also i used Arctic silver 5, and the dot method to apply the paste

They seem pretty good to me to. But you can add a case fan. Most cases have it set up for that, in the back or the front or both. One in the front and one in the back would help out allot. And the mobo probably already has a connector for axillary fans, if not, you can buy adapters to connect to the HDD connectors.

One thing I've done for OC'ing is Tyrap a fan right to the PSU cables and direct it to hit the side of the CPU heat sink.

But you might need to direct a fan to the video card too, if you're going to be doing serious gaming.

Fun!

Brand & Model of the PSU? Those temps aren't bad. A good case with one 120MM fan in front & rear should be sufficient even if you OC.
