Hijackthis log got a bad problem that keeps me from working

Hey

Really great site, love that the experts take time to help the less able.

Got a problem with my laptop that i use for all my work. At the CBS (Copenhagen business school) where i study i recently got banned from the network due to "to many outgoing connections suggesting a virus" i dont use any bittorrent stuff or anything so that wont be the cause.

Also windows security center suddenly had security upgrades set to off. I didnt switch it off and it cant switch it on again. Surely that can't be a good thing. Otherwise i dont experience problems.

Edit "any suggestions as to how most effectively to keep a computer virus free in the future would be greatly appreciated"
