hijacked URLs in google search results

Hi

First time here. any search result using google or yahoo produces a fine page of results with what looks like valid URLs. However, if i right click the URL and click properities, every address shows the same thing.

I just downloaded ie 7 from another computer, put it on my thumb drive and xferred it over to the infected computer. i reinstalled successfully but same results.

what is changing the addresses on all my searches?
