Hijack This Log Help

I used a bit-torrent ( I know I'm retarded), got the blue wallpaper that says "Warning spy ware detected". The main problem is when I try to use the internet it does not load any site but one that is downloading something. So I quarintened my pc from the internet to prevent more virus im guessing. Some of my program files are write protected, and when I try to open something I have to browse the drive to open it. Thats it. I've tried to post my log but im using my mac to post on the internet and all the file formats I try to post end up being only 0's, and I already deleted the bit-torrent. Is there any way I can transfer my log to my mac and post it here? I appoligize in advance if this is in the wrong place.
