Hi everyone. This is my first time posting here so hopefully I am doing this right. I had a virus on my computer & had my aunt to try & fix it. I think she got most of it but now my page keeps getting "redirected". (Every time that I do a google search & click a link it redirects me to some other unrelated site. I know NOTHING about this technical stuff but was told by others to run HiJack This. I have my log file thing saved but have no idea what to delete or even how to delete any of it. After running through all the steps, you shall have a proper set of logs. Please post them in a new topic, as this one shall be closed.

If you have trouble with one of the steps, simply move on to the next one, and make note of it in your reply.

Please note that the Virus/Trojan/Spyware Help forum is extremely busy, and it may take a while to receive a reply.

Also, Please do not use custom size or font codes. When we read many logs per day, it makes it more difficult for us. Thanks.
