Hi All, My laptop has a virus
A programe called MS Removal Tool has enbeded itself into win.XP professional and will not let me run any other progrmes or files and it has blocked all of my virus and malaware programes from starting up. It says I have 38 viruses and I should check my anti-virus for updates?? also to register for 1 year, 2 years or lifetime protection but wants paying by credit or debit card:4-thatsba Windows Security is showing a Green light for Firewall,Automatic Updates and Virus Protection??:sigh: I would do a system recovery back to factory default settings :embarased:embarased but don`t know how to:sigh::sigh:
