Hi to you all
I've just joined because the various posters on these forums have helped me solve problems I have come across, and now it's time to return the favour ( that's how we spell it this side of the pond )

What do I have to offer? I am a Microsoft Certified Professional and also Network+ accredited, I also have years of experience supporting users in their homes and home office environments.
I hope I can be as helpful to others here as other posters have to me.
