This most likely means that either your laptop keyboard is sending out signals when it shouldn't or the motherboard is creating it's own false signals - either way it is a hardware issue.
If it is still under warranty contact the manufacturer.
Otherwise talk to your local computer repair guy, or if you are willing to do it yourself investigate if you can buy the keyboard for your laptop on ebay.
