HHCtrl.ocx and Vista

Never postet a question before.. but couldn't find an answer to this exact problem..

I get the errormessage that C:\windows\system32\HHCtrl.ocx is not ment to run under windows or it contains an error.

I have Returnil Virtual System Personal Edition installeret on Vista 32 bit SP 1 and it worked fine for a couple of weeks..

The thing is: Returnil cannot run and neither can the uninstal. So I know not how to get out of secure mode and/or how to solve this problem.
