my 3 year old poured pop onto my laptop and now none of my usb ports are working can anyone please help me dont know what to do

Hi, welcome to TSF

your going to have to take it apart to clean off any residue from the soda, if under warranty i would not take it apart yourself bring to an authorized service center. also i would not power it on anymore and take out battery till you get it cleaned.

It's likely the damage is not repairable but cleaning is the only attempt to resolve the problem.
