Help!!!

Alright, anytime that I attempt to run freeware games that run at full screen(in this case, a game made using RPGMaker XP) the bottom half of the picture doesn't appear. The games run just fine, but its difficult to play them with the bottom half of the screen not showing up, any help would be appreciated!

how big is your screen make sure that the game isn't in windowed mode
