Im running windows xp media center edition, SP2, and ive just installed the new zune software, when i click on the Icon, i get the loading mouse pointer, then it goes off and the program does not run. When i go to run in the start menu, and put in "Zune.exe" . in the task manager it shows it come up for a second, then the process dissappears! help please

I had a similar problem once but it was fixed when I restarted the computer.

Have you tried that yet?

I have been on the phone with them for an hour and a half, and theyve already made me do a clean boot and run my comp thru regedit to remove all traces for Zune, but it still didnt work...

Well, im off the phone with the guy now, it seems that the new Zune software isn't compatible with Windows Media Center 2002 edition, anyone have any tips on making it workable?
