Help with PCI card

Well, today I tried to set up two monitors. After unsuccessfully attempting to set it up with two AGP cards (one I installed and another onboard), I went into one of my old computers and pulled out an old PCI Card, and put it in. However, my S3 Trio32/64 doesn't seem to work properly. The only way I can use both is if I switch my BIOS to PCI (instead of AGP/Onboard), and then everything goes to the PCI card monitor. I would rather have my AGP as the main monitor and then the PCI as a backup thing. However, I can't select my PCI to work. It says there are no resources for it to use (Code 12). How do I give it resources so it will work properly and I can set it to my secondary monitor?

Well, with some advice from a friend, he says that I should boot it up in my AGP/Onboard setting so everything still uses that card. However, now the other monitor is just black, and it says the PCI Card "Will not start up (Code 10)" Heh, any help with that?
