Help with "PBR descriptor 2"

Hi I have Dell Desktop and I am getting PBR Descriptor 2 Done press CTR+ALT+DELETE to restart. But when I press nothing happens and any help is appreciated.

you need to restore the mbr,do you have a non destructive repair option
