HELP with my operating system

I have a new hard drive, but it doesnt have an operating system. so i bought windows 7, but how do instal it, cause when i turn myt lap top on it says, no operating system, what do I do?

You need to set the BIOS boot priority to boot to CD/DVD first

you need to set the boot to cd/dvd, insert the win7 disk and boot.
