Help with Hijack This

I have the type of spyware/adware where I get the fake balloons and all the fake popups. I've run SmitFraud and all of those, but it' still there. So I submitted by Hijack This log to the site, and there were 2 thins I needed to remove. I tried to remove them with Hijack this, but they kept showing up in the backups, and they just kept coming back. Any advice on how to remove it would be greatly appreciated.
