It will work, but it isn't very good for the price. Arianet power supplies are garbage, and I'm dubious about their RAM. And if you're wanting to game on this setup then you are going to be sorely disappointed by the Radeon 4350 graphics card, as it is very weak and can't even fully use 1GB of RAM. The motherboard is old and uses the obsolete G31 chipset, and though the CPU is decent it isn't extremely good.

Better than the motherboard/CPU in the original post, yes.

Better than the motherboard/CPU in my suggestion, no. Intel brand motherboards aren't very good; their chipsets and CPUs yes, the actual motherboards no.

im not sure of the budget.going to make it one stage at a time :)
use: i what it to be could enough to run cod mw2 on low setting and look good. i also what it to load up fast and work fast (with 8 programs running) on windows 7
