Help w/ Virus Cleaning

Hi,

Well im on vacation right now and I think I would give her comp a whirl with my games. Now I noticed she had NO anti virus software wut so ever. Shes a person that likes listening to music and has like Kazaa which everyone knows is bad software. I did a scan for the hell of it and it found THOUSANDS of viruses. I think it picked up 12 accounts of spyware also. None of it has done damage yet but u find like new icons on the destop every day and things moved around and new web pages.

Like I said she has NO anti virus software. Right now all im using is cc-cleaner and clean up.

This could get worse and maybe a key logger would steal all her passwords. Can someone help me with this? I just want to clean all this off.
