My product is under an agreement with currys!! I dont know if they will cover it?
If I say that it burnt in any other way what suggestions do you guys have?

I wont help you in other ways to describe the problem to be able to make a claim - BUT i would suggest you read the cover details and see what you are covered for like - accidental cover
