hi guys, i need help my pc just shut down by itself while i was surfing the net. When i tried turning it back on and it did turned on. but when i tried doing a anti-virus scan it suddenly turned off... tried doing turning it back on for about 5 times and now it wont turn on... it wont even go to the start up page. what can i do??? and i want to reformat?? can i reformat while my pc does'nt want to open???
